Every claim comes with a dated evidence file, and a tax specialist can review it on request.
Do you see our code?
No. Ticket titles, descriptions and commit messages, read-only.
We already have an adviser, can we switch?
Yes, most firms switch at the start of a claim year.
Does it work for the WBSO?
Yes, with the WBSO text and the hours log RVO asks for.
What does it cost?
One flat fee per claim year: £1,750 in the UK or €1,950 in the Netherlands. Founding firms pay half for the first 12 months.
Who signs and submits the claim?
You do, as you would with an adviser’s draft. We prepare the claim, the write-up and the evidence file, and walk you through what goes where.
What if we don’t use Jira?
GitHub alone works. Linear, Azure DevOps and GitLab are next: tell us which one you use and we’ll set it up by hand for the first 10 firms.
How long does it take?
About ten minutes per project for the interview, after we’ve mapped the year. Most firms have a draft within a week.
Do we pay anything before it works?
No. Founding firms pay nothing until the claim is ready for them, and can cancel any time.
